Can you explain the month-to-month office lease agreement?

Our office lease agreements are designed with flexibility in mind. You can have a monthly office space for rent, and you have the freedom to renew or cancel your membership with just a month's notice. There's no long-term commitment or hidden fees.

What is included in the membership price?

The office space and coworking membership price covers rent, utilities, secure internet, cleaning services, access to shared spaces and amenities, and use of our basic office facilities. Complimentary coffee, soft drinks, and snacks are also part of the package.

Are there any additional costs beyond the monthly membership fee?


 What amenities does Modern Workspace provide?

We offer a complete package of amenities including abundant natural light, common areas for work or relaxation, ample parking, a large conference room, a private phone room, kitchen amenities, clean modern restrooms, and regular social events and networking opportunities. We also provide complimentary coffee, soft drinks, and snacks.

How does meeting room reservation work?

All members can reserve a meeting room through our online booking system. Each member gets a certain number of free hours per month, with additional usage subject to an extra charge.

What are the office hours? Can I access the office outside these hours?

Our offices are typically open from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday. However, members who opt for private offices can have 24/7 access.

Can I bring guests to the office?

Yes, guests are welcome. If a guest will be using the office facilities for an extended period, please inform management in advance.

Can I customize my office space?

Absolutely! You can personalize your private office space. However, any major modifications need approval from the management to ensure they comply with building regulations.
